Overview Beaver View Campground is located about 34 miles south of Evanston, Wyoming just off the Mirror Lake Scenic Byway at an elevation of 8,960 feet. The byway cuts through the Uinta Mountains, which are known for their abundant recreational opportunities and scenic beauty. Recreation Recreation opportunities are nearby for fishing, hiking, backpacking, and ATV trail riding. Access to High Uinta Wilderness hiking trails is nearby. Facilities Beaver View Campground offers 17 single campsites and 1 group day use site. Each site is equipped with a campfire ring and picnic table. Vault toilets are provided. Natural Features This campground sits alongside the Hayden Fork River. There are a number of small beaver ponds around the campground. It sits among a thin forest of pine and aspen trees, which provide only limited shade. Summer wildflowers and grasses dot the landscape.
