Lake St. Peter Provincial Park is located on the shores of a quiet, cottage lake and offers various camping and day use opportunities. There are two hiking trails, both leading to a beautiful lookout of the lake and surrounding area. Visitors can also access the lake for paddling, boating, and fishing. The park offers electrical and non-electrical sites for both tents and trailers. Campsites at Lake St. Peter are spacious, comfortable, and sheltered by a mixed forest. This small, walkable campground also has several waterfront sites. There is one centrally located comfort station with washrooms, showers, laundry facilities, and a dishwashing station. Drinking water taps and vault toilets can be found throughout the campground. Lake St. Peter features two large, sandy beaches for swimming. The Day Use beach is located at the park entrance with plenty of nearby parking and is a short walk from the campground. Here visitors can enjoy a beach volleyball court and a picnic area. Watercraft rentals are available at the Park Office on a first come, first serve basis. The Camper’s beach is nestled in the campground and is a great spot to watch the sun set over Lake St. Peter.
