Blue Lake Provincial Park is located on Highway 647, only 9km north of the Trans-Canada Highway 17 in Vermilion Bay. The park provides a variety of camping and recreational opportunities. Blue Lake offers a range of car camping opportunities from private tent pads to pull-through sites with parking areas. Half of the campsites offer electrical hook-up. Two group electrical sites, are located on the eastern and western section of the park providing beautiful lake views and water access. Amenities such as water taps, comfort stations, laundry facilities and a boat launch are close by. Swimming, boating and hiking opportunities, including an amphitheatre and the Visitor Centre, are only a short distance away. Blue Lake offers 27ft trailer-equipped campsites available to rent. Each trailer sleeps up to six people and they are located in the northern and southern sections of the park. For your convenience, many activities at Blue Lake are reservable up to 5 months in advance of your arrival date including Car Camping, Roofed Accommodations, Picnic Shelters, Group Campsites. Beginning in 2022, Daily Vehicle Permit reservations are accepted up to 5 days in advance of your arrival date.
