Arrowhead is known for its large, private campsites. Day Use A daily vehicle permit is a great way to explore a provincial park for the day. It includes entry to the park for one vehicle and its passengers and includes access to the park for all day use activities. Make some magical outdoor memories at Arrowhead in the summer by hiking, swimming, biking, or a picnic. In the winter, enjoy access to Arrowhead's network of ski trails, skating and winter hiking. Roe Campground generally offers the most private, well-drained sites. The beach near this campground is less crowded and offers great access for fishing. East River Campground is closest to Stubbs Falls – a wonderful area to explore. The beach here is also used by day visitors so tends to be busier. Lumby Campground is located in a mixed deciduous forest. It offers great sites for tent trailers and tents. The dog beach is located nearest to the north Lumby Campground. South Lumby Campground and Roads 1-4 in East River Campground offer radio-free campsites for campers who want a quieter experience. Camp cabins can be found on the west side of the East River campground.
